Shred Day was originally scheduled for Saturday, May 18th, but due to the possibility of inclement weather, it has been rescheduled for Saturday, June 15th.
If you have old documents and papers that need to be disposed of responsibly, we’d like to invite you to join us on Saturday, June 15th for our 3rd Annual Shred Day. From 9:30 to 11 a.m. at our Highway 84 location (8320 W Hwy 84), we’ll have HOT Shred trucks on-site to take and shred old mail, bank statements, folders, plastic cards (like old debit cards), envelopes and compact discs.
All shred material will be collected into secure bins, locked, and then transported to an off-site shred facility. Material will not be shredded on-site.
If you are able to join us on Saturday, please enter from the west side of our back parking lot. This lot can be accessed from the south on Old Hewitt Rd. Please do not enter from the north on Old Hewitt Rd.
For paper items, you don’t need to remove staples or paper clips, but we do ask that you please remove any other metal items (such as hanging files).
We also ask that you keep your items to less than 3 boxes/bags. If your shred material exceeds that amount, please call Bryan Fonville at 254.776.3800.
