This month, we’re implementing a number of enhancements to our statements and check images. These upgrades will result in added features accessible through our CentraNet online banking, including the ability to see all check images presented for deposit, longer access to archived statements (with images), and the ability to search statements for specific transactions.
Here are a few things we’d like to share with you regarding the timing of these changes, how they will impact you, and the temporary interruptions of service you may experience as a result.
Images Will Be Temporarily Unavailable
As we work to make these upgrades, we are anticipating a period of approximately four weeks—from March 20th through April 24th—during which time images (check images, deposit slips, etc.) will be temporarily unavailable within our CentraNet online banking. We recognize that this will cause an inconvenience to a number of our customers. If you need copies of any images during this period of time, please contact us at email@example.com or 1.888.262.9226.
Please Note: Images will only be temporarily unavailable. Once we’ve completed our system upgrade, all missing images will be restored.
March Statement Timing
With the exception of savings accounts, all CNB accountholders will receive a statement dated March 17, 2017. For some accountholders, this March 17th statement will be a few days earlier (or later) than the usual delivery of your statement; however, all transaction activity through the 17th will be reflected on this statement. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience as a result of this change in timing.
Future Statement Timing
After March 17th, not only will the look of your statement be slightly different, but the timing of your statement might also change.
- Commercial checking accounts will start receiving regular end-of-month statements beginning on March 31st.
- Personal checking and money market accounts will start receiving regular end-of-month statements beginning on April 28th.
- Personal and commercial savings accounts will receive their regularly-scheduled statements on March 31st, which coincides with the normal end-of-quarter timeline for savings accounts. Please Note: Savings account statements dated March 31st will not have images. Should you need a copy of a check or deposit image, please let us know.
Changes to How You Access e-Statements
After March 17th, e-statements will no longer be made available via an emailed PDF attachment. Going forward, e-statements will be retrieved within CentraNet or via a secure online portal (for non-CentraNet users). If you do not currently have a CentraNet login, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing your e-statement. In the meantime, if you’d like to create a CentraNet login, you can do so by completing our online enrollment form.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to implement these changes. As always, if you have questions regarding any of these changes, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team at 1.888.262.9226 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
