Electronically fund a CNB account or loan from another bank

If you periodically need to move money from another bank to your Central National Bank account, or if you need to pay a loan at CNB from an account at another bank, we have a simple, online way for you do exactly that.

With the Pay Online Portal, you can fund an account or pay a loan in just a few short minutes. And, if you’re someone who likes to automate your payments, you can schedule automatically recurring transfers/payments.

Yet to use the portal? Not a problem. Here’s a quick look at how to get started.

If you’re accessing the Central National Bank website via your PC, the link for the Pay Online portal is located in the upper right corner. From a mobile device, the portal is linked in the main navigation dropdown menu.

Making a payment

From the portal’s home screen, you have two options. You can make a quick, one-time payment (or transfer) by selecting the “Deposit or Loan Payment” button on the left. Or, if you plan to schedule an automatically recurring payment or transfer, you can create your own User Name and Password on the right. Note: The User Name and Password are completely separate and independent from your CentraNet online banking login information.

If you opt to make a quick payment, start by entering the payment’s “Description,” “Amount” and “Account or Loan Number.”

  • Description: What would you like to call the transaction? (i.e. “Monthly transfer for school expenses” or “car loan payment”)
  • Amount: How much money would you like to send?
  • Account or Loan Number: To which Central National Bank account/loan should we apply the payment?

Next, you’ll need to add your account information. This is the non-CNB account you’ll be pulling the money from. Enter your billing information, and select “next.”

Agree to the terms, select “submit,” and you’re all done. Once the payment is submitted, you should soon receive a confirmation email with your payment details. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at 254.776.3800.
