Bill Pay

If you are a CentraNet user, you can use our free Bill Pay service to set up recurring payments for your mortgage or car or to enter your other providers (utilities, insurance, etc.) so that when your bills are due, you can pay them all in a matter of seconds by choosing the provider and entering the amount. Using Bill Pay is easy and convenient. Plus, it saves you time and money on postage. To add Bill Pay to an existing CentraNet, click the “Bill Pay” menu tab in CentraNet and follow the prompts on the ensuing screens.

Mobile CentraNet

Mobile Deposit

With our e-Statement service, you can receive your bank statements by e-mail in a password protected file. You can then save these files to your PC, eliminating the need to store bulky paper. This service also protects you by enabling you to review your transaction history in a more timely manner and by keeping your account information out of your mailbox where it is subject to being compromised. The Informant Telephone Banking

If you don’t have a computer or are traveling and don’t have access to your computer, you can still have access to your account(s) by calling The Informant at 254.751.3750 or 1.800.922.6236. Through this telephone banking system, you can check your balances, transfer funds between accounts, request a copy of your bank statement via fax, or activate/deactivate your debit card.
