Central National Bank’s Faith Ward was recently selected as a Waco Under 40 honoree, a recognition presented annually by the Greater Waco Chamber to emerging leaders making a positive impact in their professions and communities.
Faith Ward serves as Director of Community Development & Engagement at Central National Bank, a role she began in June 2025. She works to strengthen relationships between CNB and the communities it serves while supporting initiatives that address local needs and create meaningful opportunities for engagement.
“What I enjoy most about my role at CNB is the bank’s commitment to the Waco community and its dedication to recognizing and addressing Waco’s needs head-on,” said Ward. “I’m very grateful and honored that CNB allows me to serve in this capacity.”
Outside of her role at CNB, Ward is actively involved in several local organizations. She serves as Board Chair of the Waco Hanan Foundation and holds leadership and board positions with the Waco Mammoth Foundation, City Center Waco, Junior League of Waco, and the City of Waco Parks and Recreation Board. She also volunteers with Packs of Hope and supports organizations focused on youth development throughout the community.
“I am very honored to receive this recognition and to follow in the footsteps of some incredible CNB colleagues, including Matt Helton, Caitlyn Remson, Bryan Fonville, and Mark Benning,” said Ward.
Ward’s recognition reflects both her commitment to serving the Waco community and Central National Bank’s dedication to community involvement and leadership.
