We try to foster a progressive work environment for our employees. As such, we’ll often look outside of the banking industry for ways to improve our organizational culture and increase productivity.
So, when one of America’s most beloved institutions, college football, implemented a new way of evaluating football teams, we decided to follow suit, using their criteria to evaluate our employees. And, the results are…well, you’ll just have to see for yourself.
