This is a great opportunity to better get to know employees in their position at the bank, their responsibilities, thoughts and their lives, and family, interest . It’s always easier to talk to an employee about an issue or concern that is relevant and not be intimidated about what you need. When you walk in the door the receptionist is always there to direct you to the exact Dept.
I have been banking here for 30 years and never had a problem. Employees at counters are know-legible about ur accounts and what u want. We thank you for ur assistance
